This posting is for a Training Manager / Learning Services lead responsible for running KeyNorth Learning Services, the company’s training division. The role combines instructional delivery, operations, and leadership: the person would develop and deliver bilingual (English/French) open-source intelligence training, support learners, manage client relationships, oversee the online community of practice, and work with external partners such as government, law enforcement, and vendors. It also includes front-line HR and team leadership responsibilities such as hiring, employee development, morale and scheduling.


Beyond training delivery, the job has a strong business and management focus. The successful candidate would oversee the division’s P&L, track performance data and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, manage suppliers, and help shape the division’s product and growth strategy. The role is hybrid/remote but requires the candidate to be based in or near the National Capital Region, with some travel in and outside Canada. The salary range is $75,000–$85,000, with a performance bonus, health benefits, flexible work arrangements, and continuing education support.
